ONLINE ORDER REFUND POLICY

Falcetti Music online orders are 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed. For 30 days from the date of your purchase, if you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you may return it for full refund, credit, or exchange. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. If free shipping was included in the purchase then that cost will be deducted from the refund.

To receive an approved Return Authorization, you must email us at: info@falcettimusic.com within 30 days of the purchase date.

Your online purchase must be returned in the manufacturer’s original package along with all accessories, manuals, etc.
The item must be in ‘factory new’ condition. Incomplete returns, and items that shows wear, abuse or neglect, will be either refused and/or could be subject to a 25% minimum restocking fee.

Returns should be received by Falcetti Music within 10 days of the Return Authorization request date.
Allow up to two weeks for the refund to be processed.

Send your return fully insured for the purchased amount and pack it securely.
The shipment *must* have tracking and insurance and you must supply that tracking number to us upon shipment.

Refunds will be issued via the same method of original payment.
*Please note that Special Order Finishes cannot be returned*
